Description

204 XHT Paste is a two component, solvent-free epoxy novolac repair compound formulated with ceramic beads to provide abrasion resistance in environments where particles and wet slurries cause wear. The solvent-free formulation ensures safer handling and minimal environmental impact, while still offering high performance in extreme conditions.

Designed to withstand immersion temperatures up to 130°C (266°F) and dry temperatures up to 240°C (464°F), this repair compound provides reliable protection for metallic surfaces exposed to severe wear. It forms a strong bond on abrasive blast cleaned surfaces and resists both sliding abrasion and medium to large particle flow, offering long lasting durability in demanding industrial applications.
