560 Thermal Barrier XF

560 Thermal Barrier XF is a solvent free, high build insulative epoxy coating formulated to reduce heat transfer and minimise surface temperatures on metallic surfaces. This low emissivity coating helps to prevent burns from personal contact by reducing surface temperatures from 140°C (284°F) to below 55°C (130°F).

In addition to thermal protection, 560 Thermal Barrier XF effectively prevents condensation build-up, reducing the risk of corrosion under insulation (CUI). It is designed for use on offline process surfaces between 5-45°C (41-113°F) and can be applied to external pipework, tanks, heat exchangers, and other industrial equipment.
